About Sean Ng
I started in recruitment in 2003, following my clients from Singapore into China. Over the next decade, I grew Hays (a UK-listed global recruitment firm) from a small team to over 150 people across the mainland.
In 2012, I co-founded Cornerstone Global Partners with a small team in China. We had no brand and no track record. Today, CGP operates across 20 offices in 10+ countries, employs 500+ consultants globally, and generates SGD 190M in annual revenue.
Morgan Stanley Private Equity invested in CGP in 2017. We hold government contracts with IMDA and the Ministry of Manpower in Singapore. We run a BPO business with close to 1,000 staff in Singapore alone.
What APAC Recruiters Are Saying
I have been in recruitment for 8 years and nobody ever explained the career stages this clearly. The stall points section alone saved me from making a very expensive mistake.

The section on the management transition is the most honest thing I have read about this industry. I wish someone had given me this before I took my first team lead role.
